I keep getting stitches when I try and run on the treadmill. How do I avoid this? Any and all thoughts welcome. (Except telling me to run through it, I've tried, it does not work, and it's not fun...)
Well you get a stitch from lactic acid build up, I'm sure you know all of that crap. Don't power through, just stop when you get a stitch, you need more oxygen. Just take a break then carry on, you'll get back to your old fitness levels eventually.
remember the salts we took when scuba diving - try those for a few days...
